When can the choir come?

Usually for an evening meeting –

Depending on availability

How long does the meeting last?

Usually between 1and 11/2 hours

What format does it take?

It is an evangelical outreach meeting normally comprising of Choir songs, solo’s, testimonies, congregational hymns and a message from God’s word

Do the choir take the whole meeting?

Yes normally, however if you have a special speaker or are having a special event, our programme can be arranged to take account of this.

Do you need us to provide instruments, piano or organ etc.?

We would usually use our own electronic keyboard, however if you have a suitable instrument in good tune we could possibly use that.

How would you want the platform arranged?

If you leave an open space at the front and sufficient chairs we will arrange them to suit.

Do we need to use our hymn books?

Usually for the congregational hymns.

Does the choir charge any fee?

No. Choir members voluntarily pay their own expenses travelling to and from engagements. However if you feel you would like to offer a donation towards the choir funds, we will accept this and it will be used in our work of spreading the gospel.

Can we charge admission e.g. sale of tickets

No. we are not a fund raising organisation. We believe the message of salvation is free to all and as such no admission charges should be made.

Can we take a collection during the event?

Yes – If you wish to give to mission or cover legitimate expenses such a s heating and lighting etc.
